What Qualifies as a Grievance

— Billing disputes or unauthorized charges
— Any violation of your rights under applicable Indian law

We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a resolution or status update within 15 days.

Escalation

If your grievance is not resolved to your satisfaction within 15 days, you may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority under the IT Rules, 2021.
