By downloading, installing, or using Chill Pill ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Chill Pill is a voice-to-text transcription application that converts spoken audio into text using AI models. The App requires an account and an active internet connection to function.
You must create an account with a valid email address to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use Chill Pill to record or transcribe conversations without the consent of all parties involved, to violate any applicable law, or to transmit harmful, unlawful, or offensive content. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Free accounts receive 30 minutes of transcription per calendar month. Pro accounts (₹99/month) receive unlimited transcription. Usage limits may be updated with advance notice.
Audio is transmitted to our servers solely for transcription and is not stored after processing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, and trademarks, are owned by the developer. These Terms do not grant you any rights except a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Transcription accuracy is not guaranteed. We are not liable for errors in transcribed text or any decisions made based on transcription output.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email or in-app notice.
