Chill Pill Pro is a monthly subscription at ₹99/month, billed through Razorpay. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier (30 minutes/month). No partial-month refunds are issued for unused days.

All subscription fees are non-refundable except in the following circumstances:
Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same billing period, we will refund the duplicate amount within 7 business days.
Service unavailability: If the service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours in a billing period due to our fault, you may request a pro-rated refund for that period.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the charge via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The Free tier carries no charge and no refund obligation. Free usage limits (30 minutes/month) are reset on the first of each calendar month.
There is no separate trial period. The Free tier serves as an ongoing trial with 30 minutes of transcription per month at no cost.
